Solved Server status "unknown" on Survival Servers

Hi,

I am trying to update my server (hosted on SurvivalServers, unfortunately) and server status is set to 'unknown' now.I wonder if there are any other server owners out there, hosting with them, that is facing the same problem as I do ?

 

I recall my Streamline server, that was an issue with TCAdmin, if it is on you can just type "restart 1" in console and it should've fixed. It is also possible it was suspended. You may want to check your billing panel.

 

Nah, my payments are okay.I don`t use TCAdmin either.

They said the problem was on their end.Website was incredibly slow and updating took well over 15 minutes.It usually takes about 30 seconds.Server is up and running now, all good.
