Server shows in list for first minute, then becomes unreachable

• I created a rust server
• Opened ports, 28015 (UDP) 28016 (TCP) as well as took care of Windows Firewall.
• When I first start server there is maybe a 10 second window or so where it will show in Rust Server list, and can be connected to via it's public IP
• After a VERY short time, it becomes only accessible via the local ip and port.

I am kind of stumped and any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

0pen 28015 on TCP & UDP, just make sure that it is reachable. Do the same with RCon.
