Solved Server ports are not open

    Hello everyone so my server is working now..
    but only i can find it and connect it.
    my friend cannot see the server on the server list and not just that even i can't
    connect to the server with my public IP any suggestions ?
    and thanks to those who can help me :)

    +server.ip 0.0.0.0 +server.port 28015 +rcon.ip 0.0.0.0 +rcon.port 28016
    Then open the ports like this
    Make a new inbound rule, TCP 28015-28016, next a UDP rule for 28015-28016.
    (The server IP isn't really part of this process, but it is a good practice)
