The only changes have bene hook fixes, nothing more. Check your RustDedicated_Data/output_log.txt for errors.

  3. This is happening to me too, just leave it like that for some time and it will start server you'll see.

You appear to have some missing game objects, perhaps from mismatched Rust DLLs, but nothing related to Oxide and nothing showstopping that I can see.

  8. Glad to hear your problems sorted. You can also mark your own posts at resolved which is super helpful! You should be able to do this by editing your title and from what I recall it's on the left-hand side - prefix. :)

That's standard with Rust's changes on Thursday to the Navmesh.

  10. I have been waiting over 24 hours from my Server Host as my Server no longer fully loads:

    [4/15/2017 12:37:21 AM] 97%
    [4/15/2017 12:37:22 AM] 98%
    [4/15/2017 12:37:22 AM] 99%
[4/15/2017 12:37:23 AM] Navmesh Build took 281.71 seconds
    [4/15/2017 12:37:23 AM] Map Spawned 180 entities
[4/15/2017 12:38:18 AM] Generating terrain of size 4100 with seed 1759697704
[4/15/2017 12:38:19 AM] WebSocket RCon Started on 28017

As you can see, the restart actually happens after the Navmesh completes. Sometimes it will not make it to 99% and restart at around 70%. It seems to be directly effected by the amount of Navmesh sources (also mapsize?). I was 100% convinced my server provider may have an auto-restart set after X amount of time, but then today i was able to get a fresh server with only Rust:IO Loaded to start successfully.

I fear that they're going to suggest a do a fresh install and go from there...

    Very sad Fox :(

Usually takes me 30 minutes or so on my little test laptop. They have some settings to postpone the navmesh generating or disable it (would break AI), but those are in the staging branch still for the server.

  12. Any suggestions from my end? Or is it all on my providor?

Thanks for the reply too Wulf... you're the best!

UPDATE - This is what my provider told me thus far:

I've given your whole box a complete restart so that we can ensure we're starting off completely fresh here. Another thing to try is don't use the web rcon for starters and see if that helps. Disabling it has shown to help as the game devs have/had a bug where it wasn't properly binding and caused servers to halt during start.

Beyond that we haven't made any changes to your box so if this continues to happen perhaps try building another game server from scratch and ensure that all the same settings work on a brand new server.

  13. I had problems with my provider yesterday, i mean with server, support was great.
Anyways, server was hanging on restarts, it could took about 30min to start server. So they changed machine , they installed server on new one and now i run server without any problem. It loads up in about 2-3min.
    Back to normal.
    Ask them to change box

  14. Thank you for the feedback my good person... I'm saddened to think they would suggest I re-install the server from scratch rather than try this? I disabled the Web Rcon as indicated but still only make it to 96% of the Navmesh
