Server not showing up in the modded server list

Hi, i host my own server at home.
Everything is working but i can't find my server in the modded server list !
My port are open ( 28015-28016 ).
I and my friend can connect using F1, connecting with the command "client.connect iport"
But still my server is not showing up.

i checked inside the log for error, and there is no error. if anyone can help please

 

you only need 28015 UDP and check your firewall in router and windows firewall
But if you want the full list
UDP:28015 // Gameserver
TCP:28016 // rcon
but you wont need to open 28016 as its running on your own network

 

Well, i just check and my port 28015 UDP is open in my router and in windows, i'ma try to restart and some other thing maybe it will work ! thanks for the help i didn't know that i don't need the port 28016 !
