Server not showing on server list instantly

When I Open The Game My Oxide Server Come Late On Modded List for 2 minutes or 3 minutes

 

A server needs to startup and 'ping' a master server. Do you mean 2 or 3 minutes after startup or after the server is fully loaded in console?

And what's with all the capital starting words, It's Very Annoying And Immature
