Server not showing on public listings

So I am running Rust on my own dedicated server hosted with OVH. We have all of the ports unblocked and they are being excluded with the game firewall protection built into OVH machines. (28015-28017)

People can join directly using client.connect but we are not showing up on the public listings.
We have reset the server and totally reinstalled the latest version of oxide.
We have changed the IP from a Canadian one to a US one.
And we have tried pretty much everything that was stated in past threads stated on this issue including changing the servers name and characters used within this.

Can anyone help?

Make sure port 28015 is open to UDP and TCP connections, and the listing might not show for you but it will show for others. Get a freind to check.
