1. I have a server on Pingperfect. I updated this evening to the latest Rust then did the same for the server, reinstalled Rust.io then Oxide and my server will not show in the server list. Rustadmin can't connect to it nor can I access my gamepanel Rcon. I let it sit for half an hour to see if it would come up with no luck. I took out Oxide and Rust.io and immediately it shows up. Also, since Thursday's update oxide, or something, has been stopping me from seeing players on Rustadmin and accessing even pingperfect's gamepanel Rcon.

    Any advice?

    Thank you.

Check your RustDedicated_Data/output_log.txt and oxide/logs for errors.

  3. I couldn't find an output_log.txt under my RustDedicated_Data folder.

  4. i think it's because you are not updated for last version of server build and oxide, it happed with me same problem before update

I actually misread the post, server listings are not related to Oxide. I read it as "starting", not "showing", which would be a Rust thing.

  6. It's not showing when I put Oxide in. When I take Oxide out and verify files, the server shows again.

The only change that happens with Oxide is installed is that it adds the "modded" tag that the Rust client uses to put it under the Modded tab. Other than that, it has nothing to do with the server listing and if it lists or not.

  8. Does it affect Rustadmin, because that wouldn't connect either? And my gamepanel Rcon wouldn't work either when Oxide was in.

No, Oxide doesn't do anything with RCON. Kinda sounds like your server isn't actually started.

  10. Okay, I'm going to put in a ticket with my server host tonight. Thank you for your help. It's just strange that now I've taken Oxide out that it's working perfectly.

Can you connect to the server directly via F1? If not, then I'd check the log locations I mentioned before or where -logfile sets it to.
