Solved Server not responding with SurvivalServers

So, what`s wrong with this host? Second time in last 20 days I am getting status 'unknown' and server does not respond.

Does anybody else experience this or is it just me?

My invoices are all paid and had no issues running the server few hours ago.I can`t go to their support, because any inquiry anyone submits, they offer a refund...

 

They said the issue was with networking on New York hosting so... solved now.Still suggest you guys to go for better hosting service out there, otherwise expect periodic down times with SurvivalServers.
