Server not responding, not showing up on Community

Hi, so I've created a server with Oxide and I'm having issues with other people joining, I have forwarded ports 12781 and 12881 on my router, put services on firewall and disabled my AV to see it that was causing issues. I have no idea why the ports are not open, no one can join but I can join as a local host. Tried almost everything with my ports and I cannot understand why it will not work, for others the connection fails and says no response from host. My router is a SKY SR101 and the port forwarding is a little confusing, I have to create services and then create firewall rules. Any help?

Was your issue ever resolved? I'm having a similar problem. My sever shows in the server browser, but it fails to connect every time. I can join it by using "connect localhost", but that's it.
