Server not loading banner

There is no server banner specified in my command line, instead the server.cfg, however it does not show, it is the correct dimension. Not sure why it stopped working.

The image is the correct specifications.

 

You need to remove the + when using the server.cfg file but I find its better to put banners in the bat file as they dont show most of the time when in that file

Yah I had it in my bat before, still not working. Very strange.

Yeah I tried putting it on a hosting server too, it's pretty messed up. It should just load, It just stopped working.
