Server not listed for everyone?

    Why is my server not listed for everyone? Some players see it but most dont like me I also dont. My plugins:
    Hostame: 3/26 BRuH 3X|+Loot|TP|Clans|Kits|Insta|QSmelt|Trade|NPC
    Desc: "empty"

    Plugins would not affected your server listing or not, that is managed by the Rust client, Facepunch, and Steam. If your server isn't listed, then either the server is set to not use EAC/VAC (server.secure 0), it's blacklisted, or Steam can't see it.

    For about 3 months now, I've had this problem where my server won't show on the list *sometimes*. I just restart, check if it's in list, if not then I restart again. Repeat until it shows up. Nobody has offered any type of solution for this and we've just had to deal with it.

    It does sometimes show up after A COUPLE of minutes for SOME players and my server can be up all day no difference and Ive restarted many times same effect.

    That could just be the fact that not every server shows up on the list. Are you filtering the list by your server name? I've never had problems then.

    No filters on I filtered it only by name

    That's what I meant, filtering the name. This is a new one to me. Does it still show in history/favorites even when it won't show on the main filtered (by name) list? That happens with my current issue.
