To really launch a server you mostly need a basic playerbase. People mostly don't join empty
servers. Get some friends and play on your server. After a forced Rust wipe many players are looking for a new server, so if you and your friends manage to get the
server population up to ~5-7 the population will likely increase after the wipe, especially if you manage to quickly update the server before others.
