Server lagging after a while!

Okay..... its third time that mine server is lagging for this reason untill i restart..


DDOS or something xD?

Yes i've restarted the server .. but everyone is getting Steam Auth Timeout now ..

 

Several times he gave me this error, so it can be Pets...
Now I 'm trying to find problem.
