Server keeps wiping when I shutdown

Can you help me close the server without problems?
Every time I close the server to call the next day I type in the console:

Server.stop

Ae he kicks everyone but the console is still open, I click on close afterwards and I turn off the computer.
The next day I will reconnect to and from the bug in a plugins, I will also but the WIPE server alone, deletes all constructions of the map. SOMEONE HELP ME!
