    Hello,
    i copied the ROK_DATA folder to my server but oxide wont start.
    i watched a yt video how to install oxide on a rok server, but the content of the .zip file i downloaded on oxidemod.org i a different than that in the video. in the video the zip file included this files more:

    _start-example
    Csharpcompiler
    oxide.root.json

    can u help me?

    You watched a very old video; those files have changed.
    1. _start-example.bat/.sh > this was never part of the actual Oxide mod, it was just an example
    2. CSharpCompiler > this is downloaded automatically when you start your server
    3. oxide.root.json > this was renamed and is now under oxide/oxide.config.json
    If your server isn't starting, then you'd need to check your logs to see why.

    hey, its right i only need this Oxide for Reign of Kings to run oxide or is there any other files needed?
    i copied the files from the .zip to my main rok folder on the server and start it, but he doesnt create any files or folder named oxide or /save/oxide. whats wrong?

    If the server is starting fine but you don't see Oxide, then Oxide isn't installed. Make sure to overwrite ALL files when prompted, and make sure you aren't running SteamCMD or any updating script after installing it, else it will remove it.
