Server is running but cannot connect

    Check your RustDedicated_Data/output_log.txt for errors, or the file set by -logfile in your startup script.

    my server does not have the in game

    Update to the latest Oxide build to start with please. One of the plugins (not all) you are using (Essentials) is also an Oxide 1.18 plugin, which will not work. You can also remove the Oxide.Core.Lua.dll and Oxide.Core.JavaScript.dll from your RustDedicated_Data/Managed directories as they are outdated. None of this is related to you not being able to connect though, but start there.
