Server image not showing when connecting directly

I have a server and the Rust server in on it
I have a PC and i play Rust with it.

Finaly i check images via modded server list -> i found it but no image description... if im not in localhost (PC to server via local adresse) it work fine.

 

Post your start.bat, make sure you remove the RCON password.

 

Happened to me earlier i just restarted my server and it fixed
