Not an Issue Server hanging again

I've run the Steam update and I'm using the latest version of Oxide (Oxide 2 build 120 for Rust server 20150117). I can run a clean install fine but when I install Oxide it stops the server from starting up. I don't have access to the console so I can't see the problem.

I've tried setting up a local server on my machine using a clean install of Rust and the latest version of Oxide and it starts up absolutely fine. I've also tried removing all my plugins in case of any issues there but that doesn't do anything either. Tell me what files you need (logs, etc) and I can provide them. I'd really like to get this fixed whilst our server is quiet.
