Server crashing after a few hours

Hello all,

Currently experiencing large amounts of lag followed by server crashes. I have recently installed Oxide on my server... Everything runs fine for a few hours... Then the lag and crash comes. My server is currently hosted by
www.Gameservers.com

Current mods/Plugins installed are:

Kits
Announcer
CheckInventory
KilledBY
Ooc
Whisper

Any information that could help find the source of the problem and or solve the problem would be great.
