Server crash "RustDedicated.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)"

I have three servers in one folder, every server config run from it`s server identity folder, 2 server runs well but one have crash with this error in logs.. I noticed, that if i copy save file to other server folder and trying to run it, it crashes too, so the problem in safe file, it has 200k+ entities, could it cause the problem of server startup?
