See who is authorized on code locks

Is there a plugin or method to see which players (not how many) but names / steam id's that are authorized on a code lock?

 

Prod - try looking at this plugin.

 

This will only show who build the door but not who auth'd on a code lock. Still looking for one that shows who is auth'd on a code lock.
