Searching for help to get my servers settings right and to get it populated

So as mentioned above I am searching someone who is willing to help me out with my Loot tables and other stuff to get my server populated.
I dont know if people just don't like my server or something else but when they join they don't stay long ...

 

Loot tables are always a pain... I'm on my 4th overhaul now. Just procrastinating and replying to this.
Normally, people play on a server for 5-10 minutes, and the impression they get in that time, determine how they'll like the server.
Try to be active, but not too active. Don't always get engaged in everything, players generally don't like an admin who get's into all their personal business.
