Rust Scoreboard on wooden board

Hello, I am looking for a solution to make dynamic scoreboard on wooden panel.
At first I think to use Sign Artist to put image that is generated every x minutes and update it, but it's not possible with Sign Artist So here I am to ask for help the community: D. If you have an idea do not hesitate
