Saving all contents of a server?

    I just wanted to make sure I did this right. I'd like to backup and save the entire server and its plugin, settings, ect so it could be loaded later. I'm planning on changing the theme for the server but would like to be able to reload the old server and its plugins if we wanted to revert back.

    Can I just export the entire server file tree as a .dat file and then import it back when I'd like to change back?

    I don't know what you'd export and import the .dat with, but that's not normal. Generally you'd backup the entire folder structure and then replace the portions you want to restore.
