SaveAlerter - A small save icon when the server saves.

Save Alerter adds a small save icon which shows to all players on the server when the server saves.

This is a step up from your typical "server is saving" chat message, which can easy be missed which the large amount of chat messages constantly being sent on many servers.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions, bugs, or improvements.
