Rusty RCON player hiding IP or bug? (screenshot)

    I have never seen this before and I am wondering if this is just a bug on rusty's side or if the player is actually trying to hide his IP this way.

    A bug on rusty's side.

    IP addresses are tied to the networking so changing their IP in memory would disconnect them.
