Solved Rusty "not connected" but goes green

    can anyone tell me what im doing wrong? i have no idea whats going on but nothing is working or letting me change admin

    Pretty sure Rusty requires +rcon.web set to 0 as it uses the old Rust RCON protocol.

    so i just put that in launch parameters? "+rcon.web 0"?
