Solved Rust server won’t start (invalid rcon.port)

    When i try to start my rust server with oxide installed.
    Here is my output.txt

    the server is updated but when im in rust i do client.connect IPADRESS:28015 and it wont connect

    If you are on the same network as the server, then you would need to use its local address, not public IP.

    none of my friends can connect either

    That would sound like your server is behind a router or firewall then that is preventing them from connecting. Make sure you have an exclusion in your firewall(s) and ports are forwarded on your router.
