Dear community,
Today I encountered my first hacker on our Rust server. He was happily superjumping around the map and was able to clip through walls and doors with ease. This raises a concern that the default supplied anti-hack and/or VAC are not able to correctly detect something that should be easy to detect with a plugin (I remember something like N-AntiCheat being able to detect flyers, superjumpers, etc).
This is why I've been looking for an extra layer of protection to add to my server, a plugin like the old antihack that would be able to detect all or the majority of these blatant hacks.
I'm aware that there are other topics out there that ask the same thing but it seems like the trust in VAC, EAC and the Rust AntiHack that the devs implemented is higher than it is worth. This is why I started my own topic in the hopes that someone agrees with the fact that an extra layer of antihack / anticheat could be useful, even with the layers already in place.
If something like this is available privately I'm willing to pay for it.
With kind regards,
iShot
