Rust Run the command after xx seconds

I'm looking for a plugin:
run the command after xx seconds
I want to add this option to the store: the player orders a helicopter for RP points, the timer appears on the screen, counts down the time to arrival, how it goes to zero - a helicopter command is activated.
The point is for players to have time to hide in home

Timed Execute - I found only one, but it does not meet the requirements

for example:

/time 00:01:00 announce.schedulerestart 00:01:00 the time remaining until the ORDERED helicopter arrives
/time 00:01:00 callheli $player.name
/time reset

maybe, use zone manager for set a heli zone?
