Reign of Kings Rewards for voting

I would love to see something like this... it is just so time consuming for admins to do /give to all players who vote..

On my server i have not just one reward too.. so it's even worse to remember all the rewards for nr of votes..

Something like this would def make it easier for many admins.

And we can finaly focus on something else.

 

Is it possible to use the API information provided by reign-of-kings.net to create a plugin that will automatically give players rewards for voting in-game? Or at least a better way of tracking that they voted?

Currently busy with this.

One thing to keep in mind though. Their steam name or rok.net name won't always be the same as their in game username, therefore some users won't receive rewards

 

Would be awesome if we could at least track who voted.

Is there no way to use a player's steam id instead of their name? since it would be the same on rok.net and on the server?

Yes this is possible, but you will only be able to see for the last 24 hours using the steamID. I will modify my code to check this.

 

Use their SteamID to link them. That is the player's userId in RoK
Steam offered API to convert Display Name into SteamId and vise versa

That is perfect and what I needed. Will be able to store usernames as they change as well and interval match them to the correct dates.

Unless someone lends me a server api with a userid so that I can test this now and release it in about 2 hours?
