Rust Rewards for specific player names

Hello,
I'm looking for a rust plugin that basically checks players nickname and if his name has a custom phrase in it, player get's access to custom kits or something like that (permissions). Most of the csgo gambling sites use this method to get more popularity by giving discounts and extra skins for players with custom steam names that promotes their websites. So that's basically what I'm looking, but can't find.

SteamGroups does basically the same principle I'm looking for, it just check if player is in steam group, and if he is, he is given custom permissions.

Here, I didn't finish adding the config, considering it is mainly for personal use, but just open the file, it is self explanatory.
You just need to make a group, change "namerewards" to your desired group name, and "RustySurvival.IO" to the name of your phrase. Make sure to leave the quotations.
