Reign of Kings Rewards for coming back

is it possible to get a reward system for users returning to the server

 

It schould be kinda easy to code.
You want a system with ranks (xp when online) or with items give?

 

I too would be interested in a plugin like this. Items, gold, or Exp would be good for me.
