Solved Restricting certain things?

I want to make a medieval server with no c4, guns or anything they did not have back then. How do I do I restrict certain things in my rust server?

Maybe I'll get around to writing a full plugin for this some day that restricts you from learning certain blueprints, looting certain items and crafting certain items.
