Restoring NPCs, waypoints, etc. after wipes?

Hello guys and merry xmas . I got my first server going so that i can play around with plugins for rust. As im new to this i got a questions.

Is is possible to make som kind of template of npc (inc paths ect), shop buildings and so on for a server, so that you can just add your template after each wipe or forced wipe?

Sorry if there is a similar thread with this subject, could not find it

Does the copy-paste tool work for Npc, path, waypoints and so on?

 

wipe doesnt remove the npc. this is a plugin, not the part of map.

 

So alle Npc will just spawn on the new map in the same x,y,z cords?

 

yes. when the server starts first time after wipe the npcs will spawns on their previous places

On ProcGen changes by patch your waypoints will be not more valid.
