Restarting server with a message?

Would I use the Quit command in autocfg, to run a server message that its restarting? And with Oxide installed would using Quit restart the server or shut it down?

 

I'd also like to set a kind of countdown till reboot. Tried timedexecute plugin but no message is displayed before the reboot. Any other way of getting this to work?

 

you could just use: quit 86400. In autocfg. But I would like to know of a different way

 

Already used the command quit in the autoexec but i can't get the countdown to work on the chat ...

 

It should automatically work it's a feature with

Quit X TIME should restart your server with a message 5min before it restarts
