Solved Restart notification and countdown

    A plugin can't start your server, but you can easily use the TimedExecute plugin to handle shutting it down and showing a message before restart.

    That won't give a notification or countdown as far as I know, so you'd still need TimedExecute.

    If I write in the console rcon quit 300 IM at the bottom of a red writes how much is left to restart the server

    Yes it does give a notification 5min before the quit command actually quits. I currently have quit 43200 on my server to indicate a shutdown every 12 hours.
