Respawning cars in the cities?

With all the cars gathered the parts,I want to restart machine, again with parts.

 

Use "destroyall roach" in console then go to each town spawn 5-8 roachs using "spawn roach" this will spawn one roach with random parts or no parts as the cars are in towns. I don't know of an easier way at the moment.

 

it will destroy not all cars, including the players?

 

It will destroy every car on the map.

 

No,it is not possible only because players have machines ,if they disappear they can leave from server!
