Removing all nodes?

I was wondering if it were possible to make it so that there can not be any nodes, trees, hemp, anything of that sort.

 

Well do you want to remove them only in a specific area or on the entire map?

 

Just a specific area

 

Doesn't Zone Manager support that (I thought at least it supported "no picking up of things")
