Remove Items serverwide

I'd like to remove certain crafted items (C4 e.g) from inventories and chests serverwide. Is there a way to accomplish this please?

 

for now there is no plugin for this(for legacy we had "Contraband" something like that)... but instantly after wipe u can disable crafting C4 Or disable their damage for now.

AFTER WIPE OPTION:
No Craft C4= http://oxidemod.org/plugins/crafting-controller.695/
FOR NOW:
Disable C4 DMG = http://oxidemod.org/plugins/explosives-modifier.832/

 

Thank you for your reply. C4 was just an example, what I'd like to remove in this case are crafted ladders.

 

I think that u will have to use the After Wipe Option
