using the lootconfig plugin, how do I reduce the chance of dropping the detonator cap naturally (loot box) to 0%?

the idea is to completely remove the drop of detonators (they can only be achieved through events)

I would like to add the Ruby drop in albin tokar or albin yeti, but with a very low drop chance, would you instruct me how to do this?
(decrease the chance for something around 1%)
