    No give notices is the best for me. Its simple nothing special just copy paste and its universal plugin. I tihnk no updates required and its always up t odate. never failed me when spawn shit for test in my server

    I wanted RemoveAAA because people with Authlevel 2 needs permissions to spawn in stuff. Thats the only reason I really wanted it.

    I am authlevel 2 and do not need perms why there is need of perms if you are authlevel 2. Anyways...

    That part should really be in a different plugin as it has nothing to do with giving notices. Pretty sure it was only added because of how they were cancelling notices.
