Rust Redeem in-game items for points

Hi.
I need a way to let players redeem in-game stuff for points. Let's say we use scrap for it... A player has some scrap in the inventory. Then the player types /redeem scrap and the scrap gets removed from the inventory and added to a database somewhere for later use.
I just have an idea that could use such a plugin. Maybe there is one already?
