    so if I had recovery to an item then give it to someone does the ability stay? or does the person have to have access to the command to give it the hp recovery

    Can this. Be set somehow to work with specific items and their skins. Example... A hoodie with skin 12345.. To make a specific lootable item be the one with the benefit .
