Recommend provider from Rust?

I intend to change my provider, Any advise?
I was looking at the following hosts:

nitrous-networks.com
streamline-servers.com
fragnet.net

what do you guys recommend?
I'm with GameServers for more than 1y now, but I'm having a lot of problems recently.

I'm afraid they get changing my machine location, and my ip, as happened to me several times already in survivalservers, in this case I can not complain on gameservers, they never had chanched my ip.

 

I use HostHavoc for me server hosting. They are new to the hosting game but I love them. There network is fast, Backend looks absolutely amazing and they have amazing support. They are always on top of things. and they have great prices!.

I also use Host Havoc, they are great, and I was able to get them to upgrade my RAM, for a cost of course. Never any network issues. They are super fast replying to your support tickets and will work with you for any issues.
