Rust Recoil adjustment

Can the amount of recoil be adjusted? I've found a few forum posts about removing aimcone, and unless someone has any new ideas I understand that it's something that can't be changed with a plugin. But is it possible to be able to increase or decrease the amount of recoil through a plugin? Any help is much appreciated.
