RCON tool?

Any possibility of having this tool soon?

"Add RCON" upload plugin? There is a plugin?
On the server running on Linux on the WINE and not work me server console.

i cant get the console to accept commands through wine or regular linux command console, nothing happens when i type in a command, the only way i can save and shutdown the server, is by joining and doing it through the ingame console (rcon saveserver, rcon shutdown)
