Raven's Treasure Chests (king's chests) place

I accidentally deleted these chests and don't know how to place it in tree again. Is there a way to enable placing near the throne?

 

You can place them on the arm part of the bridge after you got them as an item from eighter /give or /giveall, but I don't think you can change the no-build area around the throne.
