Rust Random player rewards

I am server owner. I want to select random player from all ingame players in my server then for example give him reward. Is there any plugin(free?) to help me do this?

I want to select random player form my server and everyone see that for example Player-1 won, or if only i can see and record video about giveaway. Then i will give winer steam rust skin reward. Just paleyrs need to join in order to participate but i do not need rewards like RGive. Thanks for help too. if you know other plugin, share please.

 

There is no public version i guess, i was forced to create my own version when i was admin.

 

Can you help me if you have free shit version, because i need it only for 1 time usage. if there is nothing i will make giveaway manualy.

 

My version is a steamkey giveaway plugin that don't give any item.

 

I have idea to give steam key. if can share i will appreciate this. I will buy now steam key from G2A and type it in my group and thats stupid. If you can help, please reply.
